Do Both Players Draw First Turn In Edh

Plow one draw ruling question

I know players that go offset in a 3+ player game of commander draw on plough one, but when do they practice information technology? At the beginning or end of plough?

Every game I played at the 2 local shops I visited people drew at the end of plough. I moved to another land and the players at the local shop here say that you describe at the beginning of plow.

Which is correct?

Information technology's during your normal draw step.

Usually something like this occurs because they forget that in the multiplayer they were supposed to depict until later on they take begun the turn

Untap -> Upkeep -> Draw -> Main Phase 1 always in three+, in 2 player the starting player goes Untap -> Budget -> Principal Phase i

level 2

In 2 thespian, do you actually skip the depict step, or technically, become the draw pace but draw 0? (Not certain if in that location are any cards that would bear upon the draw pace on turn 1, only theoretically it's possible.)

As others take said, y'all do it in the draw phase equally normal. Simply if all they exercise is slam a country then draw while they pass, it might just be to salvage time.

level 2

I assumed information technology was a house rule. Sort of an in between of the 2 role player rule of skipping depict and the relatively unbalancing rule of giving start player a risk to best play on turn one with eight cards.

level 1

Technically neither. They draw during their draw footstep, which comes after untap and upkeep. It's much closer to the beginning of your turn than the finish though.
